Record composition, viscosity range, solids loading and initial particle condition. Check wetted-material compatibility for solvents and special media.
How are targets and capacity defined?
Specify target size and distribution, and distinguish batch volume, hourly throughput and pass count. Pump flow does not directly equal final capacity.
How will samples be evaluated?
Record size, temperature rise and stability under consistent measurement conditions. For sensitive materials, also evaluate activity or structural change.
