Record input conditions
Record formulation batch, premixing, material temperature and feeding order. The same equipment settings can produce different outcomes with different inputs.
Record process and outcome
Link operating pressure, actual flow, pass count and outlet temperature to measurements. Also record deviations and sampling times.
Validate scale-up boundaries
Recheck cooling, sustained operation, cleaning and consistency at pilot scale. Laboratory results are not a production performance guarantee.
